I am the BDC manager for a dealership in Idaho. I started working as the BDC person with no prior experience and needed to research the position on my own. That is how I found your “Short and Sweet” series. I am so very greatful for your videos that have taught me from the ground up how to do my job. Out of the gate my only goal was settled as “making an appointment that shows”. You have kept me on track, encouraged and educated me. I now use your videos to refresh my knowledge. Also, when I feel like I’m getting into a rut, you are my go to for redirection. I hope to someday expand the BDC department and invite you to come do training. We are a ways off from that, but I wanted to let you know that I appreciate you and your tools that you so freely have given. Thank you…. Brook
